- Employees are formally employed by Spontaan.Ja
- All social fees and insurance are paid
- Wear company's clothing so they are recognizable to residents
- Speak Dutch and/or English
- Arrive at fixed days and fixed time
- A regular person or persons come to clean your apartment / office
- In case of vacation of illness of the regular cleaner there will be always replacement
- When on fixed cleaning day is a public holiday the cleaning day will change
- We consult that with you and confirm it always by email
- We are closed in the last week of December
- Spontaan.Ja has all necessary insurances including a business liability insurance
- There are invoiced worked hours only with the condition that changes or cancellations can be passed in time (no work is not paid)
